Caramel Bread Pudding

Ingredients

Bread - 2Piece
Egg - 2
Milk - 2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
vanilla essence-2drops
sugar -2tbsp ( for caramel)








Method


1. In a heated pan add 2tbsp sugar .Put flame in medium...Stir it  continuously till the sugar dissolves completely and get a light brown color.
2. Pour this caramel to a round shaped vessel
3. .In a blender add milk,bread,egg,sugar and vanilla essence.Blend it well and pout it on the caramel mix.......
4. Put a steam cooker on the stove .when the water boils put the vessel on top of it and cook on low flame for 45 minutes oruntil the fork entered into the pudding comes out clean.
5.Let it cool completely.keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs and serve chilled


NOTE : If you want you can add any kind of dried fruits to the mix before steaming it.
