Baked Chicken Cake



Ingredients 


Bread - 8 piece
Egg -4
milk- 1/2 cup
salt- as per taste
pepper powder- 2-3 tsp

Grind all these ingredient to a fine paste and keep it aside

Chiken (boneless)- 1 1/2 cup
chilly powder- 2tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
salt-

cook chiken with all these ingrediants


onion- 1/2 cup
green chilly - 2-3(choped)
ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala -1/2 tsp
pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
tomato puree - 1 small tomato
salt
cilantro-one handfull
Butter- 2 tbsp

Preparation

1. Grate chicken with fingers and kepp it aside. 

2. In a pan add oil add onion and green chilly ,ginger garlic and saute well .
3. Add all the powders one by one and saute it again till the raw smell gone. 
4. Add tomato puree and salt and cook till it gets dry.add cilantro .
5.  In a wide pan add butter .when butter melts add half of bread mix and on top add chikcn and add remaining bread mix on the top and cook on law flame

6. .when one side cooks put it upside down and cook the other side also..


NOTE : You can use mutton or beef instead of chicken
