Ingredients
Rava - 1 cup
Sugar- 1 Cup
Nuts - 5-10 nos
Raisins - 5-10 nos
Elachi Powder( cardamom powder) - 1/2 tsp
Milk - need to make the balls (less than 1/2 cup)
Ghee - 2Tbsp
Coconut- 1/4 cup
Preparation
1. In a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and fry nuts and raisins.,rava,and coconut one by one.
2. Put all the fried ingredients in a plate along with sugar and cardamom
3. pour warm milk little by little until it is enough to make balls..
4..make balls and keep it aside for 1/2 hr .
5. laddu ready.
Note : becoz of adding milk keep it refrigerated and use within 7 days.
