Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken - 1 pound
Onion (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
Ginger(finely chopped) -  4 tbsp
Celery( finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Water or chicken stock - less than 1/4 cup
salt - as per taste
Butter - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying

For making Batter
Maida - 3 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Salt - for taste

For garnishing
fried ginger , finely chopped celery

preparation
1.Make a thick batter using above mentioned making batter ingredients.
2. Dip the chicken into the batter
3. Heat oil in a pan  add chicken and fry well


4. In a pan add butter .when it melts add ginger and saute .to this add onion and celery.saute well .To this add all the sauces and saute again .


5. add chicken to this cover it and cook for 2 minutes .


6. In the stock add cornflour and pour it to the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes till the gravy gets thick


7. garnish with fried ginger and chopped celery.Serve hot.
