Butter Pulav

Ingredients
Cooked white rice - 4 cup


Butter  - 3 tbsp




Mixed veggie - 11/2 cup



Salt - as per taste 
pepper - 2 tsp

Preparation
1. In a pan melt Butter
2. Add mixed veggies and saute for 2-3 minutes.Add salt and pepper
3. Add cooked rice to this and cover and cook for another 3 minutes. 

4. Serve hot with any of your favourite dish.
