Ingredients
Egg Boiled -2
Coconut Chutney -2 cup (recipe follows)
Gram flour (besan flour) - 1cup
Chilly powder - 1tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - as per taste
Water - little
Oil - for frying
Preparation
1. cut the eggs into 4 widhwise
2. Cover it with coconut chutney
3.Make a thick batter using besan flour ,chilly powder,cumin powder,salt and very little water.
4. Dip the chutney covered eggs into the batter
5. Heat oil in a pan .Add the eggs into the oil and cook both sides till become light golden color
For making coconut chutney
Coconut - 1cup
Green chilly - 2no
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Yoghurt - 1 tsp
Pearl Onion - 2 no
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Put all the mixtures in a grinder and grind well.Chutney ready
